The recent jury award of $10 Mill to Dr. Sam Chachoua in a suit against UCLA and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, marks the end of a long road back for the Australian-born son of a medic.

That road was the dusty one that led out of a Mexican prison cell where conniving oppponents had bribed his incarceration -- to now achieve full restoration of his reputation and recognition of his innovative contribution to medicine in scientific studies of deathbed remissions.

In an interview immediately following the verdict, Dr. Chachoua said the ability to treat AIDS with non-toxic biological therapies may have been seriously delayed by the loss of both the vaccines and their cultures of origin." A total of 36 new vaccines and their cultures of origin had tested over 99% effective in test tube experiments. The tests had been initiated at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after researchers had heard of human successes with these vaccines, termed by MSNBC as, "the most effective therapy in history against Cancer and HIV/AIDS,".

UCLA, despite knowledge of other remarkable results based on Dr. Chachoua's technology against the most resistant of cancers, suppressed their own information, denied knowledge of his effectivness and instead defamed him. They claimed the procedured "had no scientific basis - despite knowing of their extraordinary effectivness.

Dr. Chachoua's troubles began when some former associates began offering quack versions of his treatments in Mexico. He was forced to file suit. Then UCLA-Cedars took advantage of his difficulties by denying knowledge of him. Finally he ended up incarcerated in a Mexical jail on charges concocted through bribery. He was released in time to see his first lawsuit fail because of the UCLA-Cedars terstimony. The second suit was against UCLA.

MAVERICK MEDICAL GENUIS

Dr. Chachoua's studies have always led him down paths ignored by mainstream researchers. Many years ago viral and bacterial agents were used in an attempt to destroy cancer tissue. In their over-zealousness to destroy cancer tissue, doctors assaulted it with smallpox, malaria, encephalitis virus and an arsenal of other infections that would be uniformly deadly to normal subjects, yet almost none of the cancer patients dies of the infection.

In these wasted, Immuno-suppressed cancer sufferers what could be protecting them against these deadly agents? It was the cancer.

Dr. Chachoua models cancer as a sophisticated Immunological mechanism. Within three weeks, the anti-measles antibodies generated by him destroyed the virus and all cancer cells expressing it. By making the disease resemble one that we can fight and it will be easily eliminated.

Spontaneous remission from cancer and AIDS follows natural infections that seduce the diseased genetics into producing easily recognized and easily destroyed products.
